Rooms starting at $40 each. Same products used as usual, same hot water extraction cleaning we always do. So normal size room $40, combo $60, over-sized and double-sized rooms are priced accordingly. Normal room size is considered up to 150 sq. ft.

3 room minimum to schedule an appt. ($120 minimum so it can be a combination of areas/items to be cleaned) We do ask for your consideration if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that you give us at least 48 hours notice.

Days are usually available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We do have a lot of prescheduled night work that usually falls on Sunday and Monday’s nights and everyone needs a day off right?!? First come, first pick of available appointments so if you have a specific time needed or known event coming up, please call ASAP.
